• Has 3 Daughters, Sarah, Bethany, and Amy; One son, Jared.

• John has 2 Grandchildren, Conner and Maddison.
• Prior to ministry, John worked at Campus Crusade for Christ and Manpower Employment.
• Founder of CCSB as a home study in 1972.

• Started Sunday Services in 1977.
• Ordained at Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa, "Shepherd's School" on December 1, 1976.
• Enjoys surfing and likes to make surfboards.

• Has taught the Bible in 12 countries. Has a daily Bible Radio program called, "The Word of Life".
